By accessing the 111jl platform or completing registration, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms apply to all 111jl services, websites, mobile platforms, and any associated offerings. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. 111jl reserves the right to amend these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via your registered email.
This service is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. If a minor accesses the platform, full responsibility lies with their parent or guardian, and 111jl reserves the right to close that account at any time.
To open an account on 111jl, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual may hold only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being terminated. Mobile number or email verification at the time of registration is mandatory.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Sharing your login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately. 111jl will never ask for your password via email or phone.
As part of the identity verification (KYC) process, we may request a copy of your National ID or passport. KYC verification becomes mandatory once withdrawals exceed a specified threshold. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure and may lead to forfeiture of deposited funds.
While using the 111jl platform, you are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Fraudulent activity, the use of bots or automated software, attempts to hack the system, or unauthorized access to another user's account are strictly prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:
111jl reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and may temporarily or permanently suspend an account as necessary. Account balances associated with an ongoing investigation may be withheld until the matter is resolved.
All financial transactions on the 111jl platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via approved mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed on the platform.
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 hours; however, delays may occur if KYC verification has not been completed. If funds from an illegal source are deposited, 111jl is obligated to report the matter to the relevant authorities. 111jl reserves the right to reverse any funds credited to an account due to a technical error.
All content on the 111jl platform — including logos, designs, software, game interfaces, text, and graphics — is the exclusive intellectual property of 111jl. Reproducing, redistributing, or using any part of this content for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited. 111jl bears no responsibility for the content of any third-party links or references on the platform.
111jl provides its platform on an "as-is" basis. 111jl is not directly liable for any losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, network issues, or third-party causes. That said, we are continuously working to maintain service quality and minimize disruptions.
111jl may immediately suspend or close any account upon evidence of a Terms violation, fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity. Balances may be withheld during the investigation period. If you are cleared of any wrongdoing, your balance will be returned.
Users may also request to close their own account; any outstanding balance will be verified and refunded accordingly. Under our Responsible Gaming policy, you may apply for self-exclusion, which, once activated, cannot be reversed before the specified period has elapsed.
111jl may update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via your registered email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of a dispute between 111jl and a user, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through mutual discussion. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be settled in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
